YouTube Stream Dwarfs IMAX Resolution
Googles video site releases first 4k video streams
The improved YouTube player is capable to stream videos with resolutions of up to 4096x3072 pixels. This is more than the IMAX resolution of 2048x1080 pixels.
Googles software development team released also a 4k play list to demonstrate the new feature of the YouTube player.
